Garrett Phelan has developed  a distinctive practice through ambitious, site-specific projects that include; Independent FM radio broadcasts, sculptural installations, photography, drawing, animations, publications and text ephemera. Recent solo exhibitions and commissions include; FREE THOUGHT FM, Douglas Hyde Gallery, Dublin (2019); I HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE SO NEAR, National Gallery of Ireland, Dublin, (2018); THE HIDE PROJECT, commission, Fingal County Council, Dublin, (2017); HEED FM, commission, ART:2016, Arts Council, Dublin, (2016); A VOODOO FREE PHENOMENON, Project Arts Centre, Dublin (2015); NEW FAITH LOVE SONG, IMMA, Dublin (2012).

MICHELLE KINSELLA
HEED OFFICE PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

Michelle Kinsella is a graduate of the Masters in Adult and Community Education, Maynooth University. While her own research and personal interests are focused on issues of social class, education and access to higher education, Michelle is also involved in teaching on various programmes at the Department of Adult and Community Education and is involved in the facilitation of many adult learning projects.


 

VICTORIA EVANS
HEED OFFICE PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

Victoria Evans is a freelance Curator and Project Manager. From 2011 Victoria worked as an Assistant Curator at the Crawford Art Gallery, Cork and Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin for the major art exhibition What We Call Love: From Surrealism to Now and most recently as Exhibitions Curator in Royal Hibernian Academy, Dublin.
